This year I'm giving my Christmas away (you can view the song that inspired it all here). Why am I giving it away you might ask? It's simply because I have already been given the greatest gift. To me Christmas is a time to celebrate the birth of Jesus, my Lord and Saviour. When he died on the cross it was for me...He took the punishment for my sins...He gave me life!  When I accepted Jesus Christ as my Lord and Saviour I became part of the body of Christ ( 1 Corinthians 12). My hope is that this Christmas season and throughout everyday I can be his hands and feet...that with each kind word, gesture or gift the world will see Him in me. So, this Christmas the money my husband and I would spend on gifts for each other will be given to someone in need....in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.  I will also be creating simple gifts for family and friends.
